"Second time staying and the staff were just a friendly as the first stay. Rooms are spotless and comfortable - bar area an added bonus and breakfast included in the stay you really cannot complain! We were greeted as we came out of the lift with Happy new year! Our new hotel for when we visit out relatives. "

"To be honest I was pretty impressed with the room, there was a double and a single bed, two sofas, some chairs, a desk and a good size TV that I could sign in on to watch iPlayer. What annoyed me more than anything was the woman on the front desk for check-in. She was clearly doing something when we arrived to check-in (which was late in the day but not outside the check-in hours) and instead of any sort of greeting she just stared at me, considering I had bags with me I was obviously there to...

"Staff were superb very welcoming and friendly. Bedroom was clean and toasty warm and served a decent breakfast. Great value for money."

"Stayed one night, reception staff were friendly and helpful. Room was generally fine and bed comfortable. However window (secondary glazing inside a very old window) meant all noise from street outside was easily heard and there was quite a bit. Also temperature control on radiator almost impossible to move. I'm not really complaining, just providing hopefully helpful feedback on a couple of things that would be relatively easy to improve"
