The lady on reception was absolutely fantastic, anything she could do to make our stay more comfortable and enjoyable was no trouble at all. Staff like her are few and far between nowadays. Hotel is due a revamp in the near future I believe, which will further enhance the facilities and stay experience. "

"The £5 a night parking charge surprised me, perhaps I missed this when reading your website. Also, the barrier preventing me driving into the car park was down thus, I could not drive in. Apparently there is a 4-digit code to enter. Again, I don’t remember reading about that on your website. In any case, surely that 4-digit code should be texted or emailed to guests prior to their arrival. So, my initial impression of the hotel was not good. "Meeting friends in the centre of Rugby and this hotel was perfect "

"Beginning to look a bit tired but otherwise all good. Very welcoming of our dogs as it was pre-Crufts. Biggest gripe was size of pillow in otherwise comfortable bed; they are tiny and there is only one each."
