"Inadmissible !! Je suis arrivé dans un hotel en tres mauvais etat, mais admettons, cest uniquement pour dormir. Dans la chambre il faisait moins de 10 degrés avzc un radiateur qui fonctionnait à peine. Je suis allé en informer le réceptionniste qui m'a repondu "Ah désolé, bah mettez le chauffage". J'ai eu froid toute la nuit, il n'a pas du faire plus de 15 degres dans la chambre... Et pour couronner le tout j'avais un projecteur qui eclairait la chambre toute la nuit, malgre les rideaux...

"I wasn't so happy with the property. Our first night was horrible. The room became so cold at around 3 or 4am. I was shivering but the warmer is set to 21' but they could have turn of the heating..second is that there was no sufficient towels. Normally if you enter a hotel or aparthotel you get the towels for the number of days you are staying i,e 4 days, then 4 towels for every person. Next the soap, shampoo or lotion. They gave us only one pair of small.bottles shampoo, hairbody and lotion and...
