A hotel next to the autoroute, what would you expect?…But t was perfect!! The hotel was older but the rooms were renovated and very clean. Beds were superb! Breakfast was not expensive with lots of choices and good coffee! The stay was very pleasant.

Jai passe 2 nuits dans un cadre professionnel. Cetait tres bien dans l ensemble. Personnels gentils, a l écoute. Chambre correcte. Petit déjeuner correcte. J aurais bien aime avoir quelques fruits frais ( banane, kiwi ou pomme). Je recommande l établissement et reviendrai.

Un hôtel perdu, rien autour, dans une zone commerciale, le parking n'est pas fermé la nuit, le restaurant de l'hôtel est fermé un samedi soir... La moitié de l'hôtel est en travaux, au pied des escaliers, un vélos, du réceptionniste sûrement, de la poussière et du plâtre partout sur la moquette des escaliers,c'est limite ... Je pense que les gérants ont anticipé un peu trop l'ouverture de l'hôtel loin d'être près à accueillir les clients. Le petit dej est agréable,il faut aussi reconnaître ce qui est bien :) En résumé, mieux vaut passer son chemin donc..

j'ai fait un paiement paypal à hotels.com 99 € lors de la réservation. Il semble que ce paiement n'a pas été versé ou pris en compte par l'hôtel. J'ai donc dû payer toute la prestation : logement, taxe de séjour, petit-déjeuners. Et j'ai eu un débit supplémentaire de 99 €. L'hotel ne connait pas hotels.com et me confirme qu'il n'a pas reçu le paiement de 99 € à la réservation. Et partant une grosse perte de temps pour mettre les choses au clair et obtenir un remboursement.

Bon hôtel Personnel au petit soin Je conseille de dîner le soir car la cuisine est maison. Calme et bien placé a valenciennes Seul bemol: manque le bouchon du lavabo quand on se rase.
