"This is an amazing value hotel. It appears to promise little BUT has been fully and extensively refurbished to a high standard. Everything was brand new and kept very clean. Bed very comfortable; shower excellent; super breakfast; reception very helpful. Well frequented by younger Spanish professionals. Location in the older part of town only 10 minute walk from main shopping streets. Recommend to anyone."

"Nice comfy and modern. Seems a little remote but only a short walk from the old town. Had room only so can't comment on service. Only gripe was lack of non slip bath / shower mat: potential death trap as both of us had a Torville & Dean moment when showering. Recommended."

"Hi I checked in to this hotel but I did not lift the window shutter till later on in the day . I was shocked to see that I was living on a garage forecourt ! So I could not use the balcony or have the curtains open as people that were filling their cars with petrol could see ands practically walk into my room as it was on the ground floor it was Awful ! No staff at reception so u went for dinner and when I returned there was still no staff . I was tired so went to bed and left after breakfast...

"Stayed at the end of the season and hotel probably in need of a little post season TLC. Staff very friendly, we had the pool area to ourselves most days and they still had bar area attended. "The hotel is in such a beautiful location and the hotel itself is beautiful. Rooms are comfortable and the sea view balcony offers amazing views, definitely get the sea view for the extra few pounds it is so worth it! Breakfast is excellent. "El HDSPM de la recepción es una persona nefasta, le hablamos para avisar que llegaríamos 5 minutos tarde y no nos quiso atender, llegamos 2 minutos antes de las 10:00 pm y se hizo tonto para no atendernos y dejarnos afuera, afortunadamente una Srta que contestó nuestra llamada nos fue a abrir para podernos hospedar, sino fuera por ella nos hubiéramos quedado en la calle…. "Area is beautiful with great beaches, the sea one side & the bay on the other. Good space in the apartment.......downside was the thin walls, we sometimes thought next door were in our apartment!! Photos on website were deceptive, also with so many apartment blocks we thought if it was full it would be extremely noisy! Cleanliness was ok, but shower tray & doors were disgusting! Mould & bits falling off, not good! Toaster in kitchen had no removable tray so was difficult to clean, bits still...
