"It was a tired presentation of the room. There was no tea and coffee facility with in the room , no bar fridge nor ceiling fan or air conditioning. There was no replacement of soaps or lotions during the stay. We were in a family room and we had to ask for the mattresses to be replaced for the children because they were poor and not able to sleep in. Although hotel is in a good area, staff does not know how to treat hotel clients. Hotel also has plumbing problems as there was water on the bathroom floor from the toilet. "

"Needs improvement in several areas; cleanliness, doors did not close appropriately they tried to fixed it several times but still not closing. Sometimes they rent the common areas for parties until 11pm. The city have a problem with water and they use tanks, if there is no electricity there is no water for a shower. You get what you pay! "
