"Stayed here after I went to watch my team play against Burnley very close to turf moor They is a shop next door Very good value for money Very clean "

"When we arrived we were given room 12 but upon opening the door it was filled with builders rubbish. We then waited for a while and the manger came to see us saying he only had 1 other room but it has no hot water. He said we could use the spa for free and was very helpful and kind. He said he will re fund half our money back which I’m not sure how this happens as I still havent had this. If I get my money back I would definitely come again and we did have a really nice time "

"We were treated for a 1 night stay as a gift so we decided to add on 1 more night good decision the staff are so helpful friendly and cant do enough for you nothing is too much bother the food is homecooked well presented and delicious the woolly sheep is a quirky old building with lots of character a fabulous covered outdoor area which will be amazing in the better weather as the roof goes back to make it an open top area, the rooms are tastefully decorated in a lovely modern style and colours...

"nice stay, nice room, reception pleasant and helpful, no problem checking in. ate at the Bistro food was lovely. only negative one small towel radiator in very large bathroom made the bathroom a bit cold for February. otherwise no complaints at all nice room."

"I was not impressed being ‘ejected’ , as a resident at the hotel, at 11pm on a Saturday night. As a hotel resident, every where else I have stayed I could get a drink. On this occasion there were probably 15 hotel guests in the bar but we were all evicted. I will not be staying there again."

"If you are looking for a great base for some walking in the Dales then this place is great. Good location, good food, warm shower, comfy bed and lovely staff who made us very welcome! Would certainly stay again!! Thank you! "

"This property is ideally placed to visit Grassington and walks around the area. It is clean, well appointed and first class en suite bathroom facilities. The down side is that there are a lot of rooms and a number of the occupants came into this venue later into the night. The doors are vintage as are the locks etc, so we found it a bit noisy and had a disturbed sleep. "

"Staff were friendly and helpful, albeit the check in time was 2pm was allowed to use the leisure facilities from midday which was great. The room was clean and the bed comfortable - the shower water pressure was poor, handles missing from taps and sockets severely outdated, could also do with sockets next to the bed too. All in all, would definitely stay again. "
