"The overall place was good. The reception team and the restaurant / bar team were very helpful however in the restaurant for breakfast they sometimes could not keep up with the demand…eg set places, the orange juicers was out of oranges on numerous occasions . "The hotel is in an excellent location, with a short walk to the bottom of Pas De La Casa ski resort. The double room was spacious and clean. A good variety of hot and cold food for breakfast that also includes an omelette bar! The bar staff a very friendly and welcoming. The bar area includes some classic board games, a pool table, table football and a cinema area. With a good selection of drinks, it is a fun social space for a ski. The spa area has a spacious sauna, steam room and 2 hot tubs....

"Friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast was a good spread with delicious breads, fruits, meats, cheeses, etc. room had a good shower and updated bathroom with a lovely mountain view. My only negative during my stay was the carpet in the room could have been nicer-there were footprints and stains on it. Also room had a strong perfume smell I could have done without. "

"Not a great experience. They never replied to my emails asking about facilities. Confirmation and T&C's only sent to me on day of arrival. It only took 5 hours for someone to give us a key to get in. Oh and don't forget to take your own cups and glasses to make up for what's missing. It's a great shame as if some effort was made it would be a great base for a cheap getaway. "
