"We drove in from Amsterdam so parking across the street at a reasonable daily rate was much appreciated. Located amidst numerous restaurants and within minutes from the Grand Plaza was also a plus. But the best attribute of this hotel is its staff. One of their best is Betty Kwakala who turned what would have been a disastrous vacation for us into a happy and wonderful journey. "

Bed comfortable and good size. Busy check in area as in same area as bar so for logistical not well located in hotel. Location of hotel reasonable - taxis can take some time to arrive. "Great location, room is basic with no TV etc but that didn't bother me as I was out a lot so wasn't spending any time really at the hotel. Clean room, good shower and bed was comfy enough. My only issue was the lack of air con, I was very warm and found it difficult to sleep and you can't open the windows to cool the room down. "
