"We had issues with loud noise (banging, thumping, etc) from room above us late at night. Called front desk and within 5 minutes all was quiet. Desk had also offered to move us to another room if noise did not abate. Very good and prompt service. Rooms and beds clean. Breakfast well presented and had good variety of options. Hotel has guest laundry service (self serve). Pool was closed for our visit - looked like it was undergoing maintenance. "

"We loved this home and would definitely stay again! We were a group of 18 and we had plenty of space to spread out. The common space in the den and kitchen was large enough that we could also all gather in one space to eat and play games with no problem.
