" Property currently undergoing restoration. signs of work going on in public areas. Im pretty sure I was the first person to stay in my room. everything nice and new. nothing fancy, just a basic hotel with waffles for breakfast"

"The condition of the motel is very run down, stairways and parking areas had lots of trash around, room wasn't clean, graffitti on the walls and mirror, heater vent was off, vent in bathroom was hanging off the wall, window frame was broken, curtains had holes in them, only 1 bath towel for 2 people. Bed was comfortable and the tv worked but that was the only good thing about it."

"Peter was super nice and professional when contacting him about the check in process. House had some dings but overall a great place to stay for a bunch of mid twenty year olds! Was around 1-1.5 hrs from Brighton depending on traffic, but the house was great and had grocery stores and gas stations close by! "
