"Booked on Internet as a cheap stop over on the way back to UK. On the map it looked relatively close to A10. It is reached by long straight A roads. The village is in the middle of nowhere. There is a big Lorry park fronting the road which you need to turn into. The hotel entrance is to the far right of the Lorry park. Sign Hotel and club entrance ! "This 19th century chateau was located up a narrow road next to the restaurant. The staff were efficient and friendly and the room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The decor was old, in the style of the house, but the bed and pillows very comfy. It was surrounded by mature gardens with a pool. The breakfast and dinner in the restaurant were excellent.
