"The overall experience was remarkable. Late checkin experience could have been better and needs some attention. The code for obtaining the key from the key box could have been shared upfront. In its absence, I had to make a local call but I had to borrow a phone from someone locally since I couldn’t make it from my phone that’s from other country."

"Triple room was quite large, had comfortable beds, funky lighting and a functional bathroom with good hot water supply. There was a portable air conditioner provided. Kitchenette did not have a microwave or cooking utensils, but still useful. We enjoyed the daily breakfast (17 euros). Staff were all very friendly and efficient. Short 5 min walk to transport and amenities. Quite a bit further to the old town, bridge and castle"

Our room layout (room #20) was a little strange and could be improved - the television is far from the bed and there is only one chair to sit on for television viewing - I think some re-arranging could make the room layout more functional. The hotel is centrally-located with a Mexican bar/restaurant right next door; both times we stayed there, we had no issues with outside noise. No air conditioning units, just a vertical fan. The rooms are big and comfy and the WiFi is great! "
