"Nice stay if you're driving, little bit away from the main town means easy parking. 2nd street across the street if you're into op shop hunting. Aeon near by. Onsen is great and they even got a swimming pool! I only stayed 2 night didn't get to use it :("

"The staff was very professional and accommodating in every way. They went out of their way to assist in helping park my car. They were also kind enough to let us know that due to the number of individuals staying at the hotel. The interior of the hotel is a bit older, there was construction going on during the core hours of the working day, and certain items in the room did not work like the radio that’s built into the bed. "A great stay! Our room was very good for our needs, plenty of charging and power points for our devices, there is Netflix, food at the buffet was very tasty and substantial. The place is clean, organised and very walkable to most of the events during the Snow Festival. It is also handy to the airport bus so all in all a great place to base ourselves in Sapporo. They even gave us fresh towels each day when we opted for no cleaning service. On the last night we didn't use all of the towels to save water.
