"This hotel has a great location and would have great facilities if the pool and the hot tub were not so dirty. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The restaurant was not open because the hotel was not very busy. Not a big deal because it is only 5 min drive to the nearest town."

"Checking in took longer than normal as their were only 2 people working Saturday. Shuttle service was questionable, weather was bad but should have been told it wasn't working instead of making me wait more than an hour outside. Called them multiple times and they had several opportunities to let me know but made me wait. Staff Sunday were not friendly especially the lady working Sunday night. Gave me the attitude that they were annoyed with my questions. Food prices overpriced noticed...

"This stay was booked for my elderly parents as an anniversary getaway. Upon arrival to their room, they noticed that the AC was extremely noisy, did not work very well, the tv was broken and did not work and the internet was very poor. There was a party of 20+ people at a company function at the same time and the feeling was that the focus and attention was all on this big party and not the rest of the guests. Breakfast was supposed to be included and called continental but there wasn’t any...

"My husband and I rented the Cedar cottage for Thanksgiving weekend! It was great! The cottage is spacious, comfortable & completely sanatized. We had a beautiful view of the lake and enjoyed kayaking & sitting by the water enjoying the autumn colours! We loved having a BBQ, outdoor firepit & an indoor fireplace. It was a true "cottage" experience. We hope to return again!"
