"Cottage is even better than the pictures. Fabulous location with lots of parking. Well equipped kitchen and very comfortable bedrooms. We all enjoyed heated floors in bathroom as despite it just being October it was cool and we even saw some snow"

"Overall we had a good stay. House is in a fantastic location and close to everything we were wanting to do. It was big enough for 6 of us to be comfortable and we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. The kitchen was pretty much stocked with everything needed (maybe just a few more utensils - mostly forks). The natural light from all the windows was wonderful! Alona was very responsive to anything we asked about and even provided us with a bit of a later checkout! She was fabulous...

"We had an excellent time staying in this cottage. There was enough space for everyone. on a beautiful shallow lake, great for young kids. Walking distance into downtown Sundridge with a beach, restaurants, shops, grocery store and a fresh water spring close by to refill drinking water. We would definitely stay again. Only downside was having to take our garbage with us in the end and we were not provided a ticket from the host to drop off at the local dump. Otherwise excellent place for families...

"When I was choosing a place to stay in Huntsville, a fireplace and hot tub were essential to relax after a day out in the cold. The Muskoka room has that. I also appreciated being able to cook meals.Excellent location, easy check-in. I was surprised this was attached to a home- I expected it to be a small cottage. Loved our stay though & will recommend to others. Thanks Michelle and Cody!"

"I've stayed in 5 star hotels with less appeal. A very upscale 'cabin in the woods'. Direct waterfront (river) and very private. BBQ, outdoor fire pit, hot-tub, dock, kayaks and WIFI - all in excellent working order which is many times not the case. Communication with owners very good. Overall a great getaway. Huntsville was a very nice town as well just a quick 10 min down the road."

"Lots of good spaces. Loved the upstairs sitting area attached to main and children's bedrooms, overlooking the living area. Adult children had a blast with the arcade games and puzzles. We all loved the gorgeous view of the lake and firepit. Our late October canoe ride around Mirage lake was peaceful and serene."

"Close to the ATV trails and plenty of room for parking. Didn’t spend much time at the property, but it had everything we needed for our getaway."

"There were a few minor functional issues which needed attention, but did not affect our stay, they were just annoying. It is quite possible the owner wasn’t aware of them; freezer handle coming off, plug coming apart in drain, a lot of leaves on stairs and walkways making it a bit slippery. "
