"My sister and I stayed from March 27th-31st. There was a hiccup in our stay. Unknown to me, Choice Hotels had changed their policy about room service. We left at 10:30 in the morning and returned at approximately 6:00 pm. The bed was not made, the trash was not emptied, and fresh washrags and towels were not supplied.
