"As always the staff is amazing. I always enjoy staying with you guys. My only feedback was that this weekend there was a bunch of youth basketball teams and they were constantly making noise out in the hallways disturbing me and another neighbor and we had our do not disturb signs on the door and yet these kids are un the hall knocking on doors and running thinking this is ok which its not . Not at all the staffs fault. They are wonderful. I attempted to switch rooms but nothing was available....

"Spacious, clean, comfortable it’s a win. This is a great place to stay if your looking for quiet & comfortable. The bed is very comfortable and the shower has great pressure. Perks many restaurants near by and the mall is right across the street. They have a great pool, hot tub and sauna which is delightful. They offer a great breakfast in the morning and the coffee is actually tasty. Definitely will stay her again when I’m in the area. "

"Everyone was so friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. The bed mattress was old and uncomfortable so did not get a good night's sleep. The views from dining, lobby and room were spectacular. When walking in the back door of the hotel it smelled clean. There are areas that need updated but those little things can be overlooked with friendliness of staff and views. Will stay again if they update mattress. "

"I have couple of remarks to make. Road signage was poor. I passed the hotel because the signage was on the side of the building, which was not very visible from the road, especially in rush hour traffic. The light is the room was not focalized. Ceiling lights were one circuit except for the bathroom and a bedside lamp. I did not need the light in the kitchen area. It was a waste of energy. There were no ports to charge electronics without one carrying a special one to plug into a wall outlet. I...

"There was confusion about our check out time. When we payed for our 2 night stay, we signed a paper that said check out is at 11am. They kept that paper at the front desk and handed us paperwork that said check out time is at noon. Sunday morning we checked on their website and it also says check out time is at noon. When we checked out they told us we were late."

"The stay was great. The only complaint was the tv sucked. Between the remote and the TV there was 30 seconds delay I could not hook up my HDMI cord to my iPad through the tv. kept having problems… Not sure if it was the TV or the remote but just trying to watch TV was very stressful."
