The staff is great. The building is old but it's clean and close to the bus line if you ride the bus. Lot's of choices for food that are in proximity.

Staff that checked me in super accommodating I give him 5 stars I had an emergency and had to come to Washington had a stressful couple days and he accommodated me and my pet and was super nice . Only complaint was one towel in room and no elevator bed was t very comfortable . Room was 150$ which was ridiculous. But all the hotels were 300$ that weekend everywhere so Ig it was some sort of event etc idk but was def not worth that amount lol .

Arrived and staff was friendly enough but our room stunk like weed and the adjoining room. People are coughing their lungs out from obviously smoking in there we got moved to a new room which had a cockroach ripped sheets, stained floors. Was woken up at 2:30 and 4 AM with people talking outside in the parking lot noisely. Wasn’t expecting that much, but this was beyond acceptable.

This is one of the better Motel 6 for trades working in the greater Spokane area. Quick freeway access to down town and the valley. There are restaurants, a large grocery store, one hardware store and a builder's supply, actual wholesale vendors, minutes away down Trent and Montgomery Street. There are security cameras and 24/7 staff at the desk. The location saved time and money, all on it's own.
