"The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially Som Moniroth. The hotel provided a free taxi service into town which was excellent and super convenient to get a Tuk Tuk back. It was very quiet and relaxing. The only downside was there was no spa despite Expedia advertising there was; staff at Expedia were helpful with resolving this. "

We had both a double room on the first floor and a balcony room on second floor in our party, and we much preferred the first floor. It’s more spacious, better laid out, and has high ceilings. "This hotel has beautiful waterfront. The room is simple. The top of the room has wooden space let air go it. There is net on top of the bed. Since I didn't hear any mosquitos, I didn't put net down. I did use the fan all night. The following day I have 50+ mosquito bites on my face and body. These mosquitos are small and don't know noisy. I guess you have to use net. People work here are super nice. "
