"my stay was nice. This is the 2nd time I've stayed at this location. My only complaint would be my keys stop working at the most inopportune times. It has occurred during both of my stays. If this is part of the process, then I wish I would be notified in advance of not having access to my room. "

"Our stay was very good, very comfortable and is what we are looking for en route to the south. Unfortunately, on our floor, we had a very rowdy group speaking extremely loud and yelling at each other. We did call the front desk to report the noise and they attend to it. However, a couple of hours later we had to call again and ask that the group be asked to keep it quiet, the front desk did comply with our request unfortunately at 4 AM the group was gain loud, however, only lasted 10 minutes and...

"We always have a nice stay at this hotel. We had requested a crib — something many hotels overlook — and not only was the crib waiting for us in our room, but the staff had set it up for us and left a personalized note. That is above and beyond!"

"FIX THAT SIDE DOOR! I will never stay here in the winter again. The whole first floor was totally miserable the first couple days. It’s was in the teens outside and felt like 35 degrees in the hallway. Then our heater didnt work, great service moved us to the second floor and this Floridan finally got warm. The heater was the best part of that room. Now, why is there only 2 TOWELS and 2 WASH CLOTHS? Saving money? I think not, just makes it harder on the clientele! 2 towels is crappy...
