"The location of the Hotel is excellent with great transport links to the airport. It is within easy walking distance to the sea, and has a wide variety of shops nearby. The room was very comfortable and had a lot of storage space. The breakfast was very good and I particularly liked the fact that you could get your breakfast from 0730 hours. The staff were very helpful and spoke very good English - it was much better than my limited Spanish. When I come back to Alicante, I will again book...

"The staff were welcoming and friendly. For a budget hotel the room is clean and tidy. My room was a bit noisy with a fan sound nearby. There was loud slamming of doors on the corridor at various times.. The room was overlooked by offices and was in a dip so I kept the window blind down for privacy most of the time."

"Due to an early flight we arrived at midday expecting to leave our baggage and go away until check in time which wasn’t until 4pm but as the room was available we were allowed to check in straight away which was really good. The room was spacious and very clean with a covered balcony and sea view. Only down side was the walls were very thin and could hear people in the next room talking and their TV quite loudly. "Friendly check in Barbara. Did not appreciate that the desk was only open 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. Although we booked through Expedia a credit card # or $100 cash is required at check in so you don’t steal the beach towels which weren’t in our room! We left before 9:00 am for the beach therefore couldn’t get towels. We also did a self checkout at 8:30 am therefore there was no way to get cash back had we left it. "The room, bathroom and the common area is spotless clean. The location is just perfect. It is in near to everything but still on a quiet block above the street noise. There is bright, tidy and fresh interior large enough for couple of days. I appreciate the service provided by the hotel staff. Getting in and out is all digital with code input on all the doors.
