"Room was clean and well equipped. Pool tiles on the floor were broken in various areas. Cleaning only once every five days. Magda on reception was amazing and always helpful absolute credit to this business. Hotel is the perfect location for both Amadores and Puerto Rico. "

"We had a lovely stay at the apartments. Everything was great. Apartments themselves were great, we had paid bit more for the one with aircon. Just to be aware there are lots of stairs to get to rooms. Lift everywhere so you can always get to it but it takes time so we mostly walked as we didn’t mind that. We had a half board and food was great, sometimes the freshly cooked meat was bit tasteless but there was always lots of other choice. Outdoor snack bar had pretty good choice of food, pizza...

The kitchen is small but fully equipped, it has everything you may need to make your own meals. Which is great when you are on a budget or don't feel like going to a restaurant. "The hotel looks clean and the attention was good, although the rooms deteriorated, the air conditioning froze and water was released, the bathroom was flooded when you are in the shower for more than 5 minutes!!!"
