"I had a lovely stay and was treated like a princess by Mahmoud every time my meals were served, meals so large it was impossible to eat it all Massive room and great air conditioning and a 10 minute walk to the ferry to the main tourist historic sites . My luggage was damaged and a repair service was used to get me back to Cairo and onwards back to Dunfermline, Scotland "

"I paid in full to Expedia when I booked. However, when I checked in at the hotel. The hotel manage told me there was no reversation for me and if I wanted to stay, I had to pay them. They told me to call Expedia and get a refund from Expedia. I paid again to stay there. I chatted with Expedia about this and they informed that I should get a reponse in 72 hours.
