"I have been traveling throughout Centro America, for five weeks. The hotel was the best hotel that I have stayed at. Although the hotel was busy, it was always calm. The staff were friendly and professional. I made it a point to let the Hotel Manager know about the incredible job, that his staff did. "The rooftop bar had a great view, but it only opens for events. The room was nice and provided a view of the city and the spiral building. The main bar staff wasn't helpful, but the bartender in the karaoke area was great! She was informative and also provided the complimentary champagne. The main bar staff said the complimentary drink was only juice (apple or orange)."

"I had the best time at this hotel ! Due to the extremely reasonable price I was a bit worried that the hotel would be bad but it exceeded my expectations. I typically stay at another popular hotel when I’m in Panama but I decided to give principe a try and it did not disappoint. The room was clean and comfortable there was no fridge, microwave or iron but we knew that before booking and those things didn’t matter to us really , the bed was super clean and comfortable and the staff was amazing...
