"The bathroom door was broken it would.close all the way. It was halfway off the hinge. The Hot tub was broken and there were no chairs in the pool area to relax in or hold your belongings. The included breakfast was full of bread...bagles, pancakes, bisciuts, pastries. No eggs or meat or no cream cheese for the bagles. Cereal for the kids, fruit & yogurt were good choice for my little one, but I expected much more for a breakfast that was so tightly policed. Dont forget your breakfast ticket. "

"Staff was very nice. We were able to check in early which was good. Room very clean as well. My only complaint is the location of our room. We were in premiere tower which was so far from the lobby. It had two small flights of steps and no elevator which made it difficult with luggage checking in and out. Good location in regards to train/bus/cable car lines "
