"We ended up with an 80 Euro parking fine because the staff didn't have enough sense to tell us how the parking lot in back of the hotel worked (what the rules were). For the sake of having parked 12 minutes "early" before 6 PM on Friday night, we ended up with an 80 Euro fine even though we moved our car by 9 AM and leave on Saturday, as we were instructed to do. Hotels should either provide guest parking, or else clearly instruct guests as to the necessary procedures."

"We had a very good experience even though it was just for sleeping. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. We only had breakfast for two days, it was great (no bacon and eggs). "Our host was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The old-style room was big enough and had a view up to the basilica. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent. Parking just out front. The reception area was down and around a path to the rear of the building. There is a footpath behind the property which takes you up to the magnificent basilica and awesome cave chapel and it was a short drive to take the shuttle bus up to Los Lagos. "
