"The receptionist at our check in was wonderful! She provided us with a map of Heidelberg and noted attractions for us. She is a great spokesperson for this town. My cappuccino at breakfast was the best I’ve had yet in Germany, and breakfast staff were amazing too. Our room is enormous and like a studio apartment, highly recommend. "

"The hotel is a 5-minute walk to the train station, making it very convenient for transient visitors. Many restaurants are found in the area for dining options. It’s also a few minutes walk to the Water Tower. The property is a bit old and you can smell it as you come inside your room. However, the room is very clean and spacious. The staff are nice and cordial. "

"A 2 night stay in Heidelberg for the Hoffenheim match. A large room, comfy bed. Hotel met my needs for the duration of the trip. "

"The service was fantastic! Our family checked in pretty late and they offered us a special treatment allowing us to order a quick dinner after working hours! Great restaurant in the hotel which is located in downtown area and very convenient for walking and going to anywhere."

"It was not what we expected from a hotel in this price range. To be fair the breakfast was excellent! Absolutely amazing. But the advertised pool was not operational, there was very spotty internet (so bad you couldn't write emails), no soap in the bathroom (we had to buy our own), all the complimentary items never were refilled, and once the door to our room was open when we returned from a day trip. Lastly no one was available to talk to about this since the reception was never staffed....

"A low cost but clean room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location for my trip and it will be a go to place when im in the area. For the price, its great. To be fair, the only complaint i would have is that the pillows are not comfortable. Incredibly minor and hardly worth mentioning. "
