"Staff were great"

"Wonderful staff allowed us to check out bags at the hotel early to explore the city while we waited to check in. Rooms were spacious and clean and the bathroom was very well maintained. Hotel is connected to the city center through both tram and train lines, and we were able get between the city center and the hotel multiple times a day to rest and change. Breakfast was filling and well done. Will absolutely consider staying again if visiting Zürich."

Location is a lovely area in old town, not that close for trains ect especially in the rain but we had Christmas markets right out the front door and plenty of dining options. Staff were helpful organising airport transfers and with local recommendations for sightseeing."

"From now on this is my go to hotel in Zürich! It’s in a great central location (really convienient for the main train station). I had a spacious and suprizingly cozy room. Its location does mean you always hear the inevitable buzz of the city even in the small hours, but it’s never too obtrusive. "
