"Don't be fooled by the fact that it's a motel because it's MUCH better than a lot of the hotels I stayed in. This place has extremely friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, great location right in the city center within 5-10 minutes of walking to the main places in Rotterdam. We were offered a free checkout time extension as one of us caught cold and had to sleep in for a couple of hours past checkout."

"Wanted a flatter pillow,as the ones provided were to high for my head and neck,but reception said that the hotel only had the type of pillow provided. Perhaps acquiring a few flatter pillows would be a great help to those with neck problems, otherwise a fantastic stay and excellent breakfasts . Please advise how to get onto your loyalty system. "As with any Ibis, it's supposed to be budget-friendly, no frills but still meet a standard of comfort and cleanliness that makes it a safe bet. Overall the location is great, the service was good but the room was a bit off. I was travelling with 2 friends so we booked a single room with 3 x single beds but for some reason, these rooms are designed for people with disabilities. This wasn't mentioned anywhere when booking and whilst I appreciate the need to provide facilities for this, I dont...
