"My family has been staying in these apartments a few times a year over 20yrs, so well pre being Punt Hill. Never had to pay for parking till this owner and the parking areas have remained the same. This is advertised as serviced apartment which it previously definitely was, but despite being there 5 days 4 nights, this was the first time ever that my room wasn't serviced daily, in fact it wasn't even serviced once my entire stay. Not a fan of Punt Hill's changes. Will be finding a new home away...

"Over all was very a nice King room and chill spot. However On my 3rd day room cleaning didn't show up for the day for us or knock but I was told by staff they had came and left. Anyways that evening I had needed a change of bed sheets and called the bar twice and requested sheets. Both times they said they dissmissively said yes and would bring new sheets soon.
