"Staff were great. Just needed to be a little cleaner. We went the pokies and everyone was smoking in there, haven’t seen that in 20 years in the ACT! The parking is free and lots of spaces. Food and drink at the pub was good. "

"Great cheap stay only 20 minutes train ride from Sydney Central Station. It's basic, just rooms above a pub, and we got the shared bathroom deal. Very small room, but it had a bar fridge and kettle, all we needed for a short stay. No lift, so access via stairs only. It ain't the Ritz :) it's an old Sydney pub, but a great place to sleep between day trips and Hurstville is crawling with restaurants."

"The pub was brightly lit and looked very inviting inside. Our room was sparkling clean and quiet. The bathroom was a shared one with a private room in there as well and was very clean and inviting which is pretty rare in shared stuff. There is n lift to the accommodation but the staff are always offering to carry your luggage up or down the staircase. If im flying anywhere from Sydney or flying in I'll be staying there as its nearby to the airport. I think you can even park out the back as there...
