"I had an excellent stay on joth occasions. The staff were helpful, professional and very cheerful. Perhaps some consideration might be given to installing a lift, particularly as most people have large/heavy luggage."

"The staff was marvelous, and did a great job making us feel at home. The complimentary breakfast was also excellent - leaps and bounds what you would expect at a Holiday Inn in America. The room was small, but there were very accessible outlets and outlets with USB ports, and while I didn’t use it, the view from the 15th floor gym was excellent (you get a partial look at Table Mountain). Minor issues aside, this was a great place to stay at a great price, a short and cheap Uber-ride away from the V&A and two blocks from a major stop on the CitySightseeing bus path."
