"This hotel was clean and staff were friendly. The only complaint was that it was very cold at night even with the heater on. The windows have a draft and bangs in the winds. The hotel is in front of the Scott monument, and the Christmas market/fair is here too. You will hear crowds and screaming until 10pm. This didn't bother me but it is something to consider if you stay here. "

"perfect location, very friendly and helpful staff. This hotel is tucked away in the west end, walking distance to almost everything, many restaurants to choose from and the airport bus stops right in front of the hotel. They do not have onsite laundry but the staff were very helpful in locating a local laundromat. They also no longer offer breakfast, but lots of good choices close by. For the price and the location, this hotel met all our needs"
