"Hotel is 3mins walk from the train station which was ideal as I was arriving into Omihachiman late at night. The room is clean and spacious. I booked a single room which is just next to the lift but I could not hear noise from they lift lobby. But I could hear the train if it was passing by the track next to the hotel. So the other reviewer was right that they could improve the sound proofing of the windows. I recommend the hotel for it's location. There is another hotel even nearer but New Omi...

"Loved having a drawer of kimonos to choose from to wear for our stay! The room was wonderful and we saw the beautiful sunrise from our bed. It was really a special experience. The private bath on our balcony was so nice and relaxing. The staff is super, very well trained and attentive. They make you feel special from the moment you walk in with a snack and a drink.
