"The location is excellent it was easy to find and accessible to many places around Edinburgh. The underground rooms were quieter and dark for a good sleep, we felt safe, relaxed and comfortable. The flexibility to come in and go anytime was a bonus. The extended car park was also very handy. The limited dining was a downer for us as we had no breakfast on site. Overall the property meets all the basic requirements for coaches and brief weekend getaway."

The bathroom door is glass with a wide full size mirror opposite it in the room so if someone goes to the bathroom in the middle of the night the light...

"The room was clean and comfortable. The only downside was that our room was right next to a fire door, and on one morning the door banged continually with people going to and from breakfast. Other mornings it was open, so no problem."

"A GREAT option for staying in the Old Town. Super clean hotel and rooms along with a very friendly and helpful staff. Great location and walkable to all Old Town has to offer - tours, bars, restaurants. City bus and sightseeing bus stop is a block away. "
