We arrived late and the reception is seperate from the hotel itself but the staff made us welcome and directed to our room. The facilities are faultless. "The staff were extremely helpful and wery happy to provide extra coffee tea and sugar. Extra duvet was brought to the room when asked as the room was very cold due to a sharp change in the weather. However we managed to get the room warmed up and didn't need the extra duvet by bed time. Bathroom sink soap dispenser was empty but a replacement was brought up immediately.
