"We changed our hotel last minute for a cheaper option. We were out and about all day and didnt see the value in an expensive hotel. Parking was limited but we were able to get a spot every time. Continental breakfast was nothing fancy but it was nice to have the option. "

"Loved our stay here in Vive. Breakfast- bread, oatmeal, eggs, muffins, alternating sausage/bacon/longanisa, coffee, hot and cold tea is a great plus as well as the complimentary use of beach chairs, umbrella and beach mats. Use of hotel resort fees that’s actually beneficial to guests. Short 3-5 minute walk to the beach, food trucks, and abc stores. Helpful and courteous staff. No swimming pool, hot tubs or gym. A short 5 minute walk to trolley stops. Will definitely come back to stay here...

"This was a good hotel. Good customer service, and the bathroom was clean, but appeared a little outdated. The bathtub was cracked, which didn't make me want to take a bath. The toilet wouldn't flush, but after speaking someone to the front desk, it was attended to almost immediately by maintenance, so there's points back to the hotel for that."

"I was happy with the rate including parking for the least expensive room. My view was of a vibrant palm tree. Room was spacious, furniture solid and convenient, bed comfortable. Small complaint was two little bugs and a hair; otherwise, room was super clean. "

"Great location right across the beach, close to cultural events, shopping, and dining. Friendly staff, clean rooms. Nice, spacious balconies. The building is old and a little bit worn out. Rooms are small. Very expensive parking. "
