"Overall, it was a great stay. We stayed for New Year’s Eve, so knew it could be busy and loud…and it was. Was able to deal with the craziness at midnight as it was to be expected. The waterpark was great and we enjoyed our meals from the snack shack. The continental breakfast unfortunately missed the mark. Muffins were ice cold, long line for the one waffle maker, orange juice was very watery, and not a lot of a selection available. The only positives were the scrambled eggs and plentiful...

"Cragun's is an old-fashioned family resort. This time we stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath cabin. They have great customer service. Our original cabin had an issue, so they promptly moved us to a new, similar cabin, and the new cabin was perfect."

"We had our family Thanksgiving at one of the Woodsmoke cabins and it was the perfect property for us- we had 10 people and the layout, style and accommodations were great! "

"LOVED the cabin but it was a bummer our stove didnt work. We changed our plans (ordered pizzs)so we could eat but it was an inconvenience. A heads up ahead of time would have been nice so we knew to plan to not use the oven and stove. A discount for our inconvenience may have been a nice touch since we couldnt cook at all. Otherwise, we LOVE the resort and it was beautiful, quiet, and perfect for our family getaway. "
