"All the rooms are on the ground floor, separate from the main building. The one we stayed in was a good size, clean and comfortable. We were here for 3 nights, however you could easily stay much longer as there was plenty of drawer space and a decent sized wardrobe. It was particularly nice on a sunny afternoon to be able to sit out on your own little terrace. Dinner in the restaurant is very good, as is the breakfast, which is served in the bar. "Nice quiet self service stay, right in the centre of the town. Nicely greeted by the host in the morning, great continental breakfast endless supply of tea and coffee, would like to visit again at some point. "

"Your website description is incorrect. No separate shower and bath in a cottage suite and no bathrobes. Fortunately we have stayed there before in a cottage suite therefore did not expect these. However for anyone who has not stayed before misleading and needs to be corrected."

"I really like this hotel. Its in a great location in the middle of Aylsham which is a lovely little place. The hotel is a vibey pub with decent rooms. The rooms are comfortable and clean and all different. Which makes a change to premier inns etc. The staff are always pleasant and the whole place seems easy and stress free. Ive stayed a couple of times now and will stay again. "
