"The motel is a not far from a pub with friendly locals. The town itself isn't remarkable however dining options (including Thai and Indian) and petrol are cheaper here than Franz Josef. The laundry prices at the motel seemed quite reasonable so I used those facilities. "

We did find the motel very warm as it was hot when we stayed and there were fans provided to cool the unit. Air conditioning would be better, but a very tidy, clean and comfortable stay.
