"As stepping in at short notice as a speaker at a conference I thought I’d booked breakfast for both mornings of my stay. Apparently not, so had to pay for another"

"Average hotel in an okay area, modern reception but quite dated room. Staff were quite pleasant though. Passing through the city so done the job but would I return, probably not. "

"We really enjoyed our experience on our too brief stay at this hotel. Amazing value for money, perfect and great location for Glasgow. Were not particularly city loving people but we really enjoyed the city itself too."

"The hotel was good for one night and had all we needed. But the shower was in the bedroom and as friends sharing we were not comfortable with that. The shower door was frosted but we would definitely have preferred the shower in a separate room."

"The location is great. It's right next to Glasgow Central and 5-10 minutes walk from anywhere in the center. I had hoped for an early arrival option, but i did have to wait until 3pm to check in. The room shook occasionally from either trains or vehicles gojng past. Not too bothersome though. Room was a little cramped (had to trun sideways to move betwen the desk and bed). Overall fair value for the price."

"Overall my room was spacious, nicely decorated with a very comfortable bed. Tea, coffee, biscuits in the hospitality tray. The publix parts of the hotel are lovely and the restaurant staff were really nice. Only negatives were that bathroom needed few bits of maintenance although again it was very spacious and clean. The duvet cover on my bed has a rip in the seam, just brought down the standard a bit. That said I will book again without hesitation. "

"Staff friendly, nice and clean, good breakfast. 3pm check in, 11am check out. Breakfast 7-10am. Was fairly quiet. Small comfortable room, had everything we need, hairdryer, iron board, iron, kettle, tea, coffee. "
