"This is our second time staying at this hotel and we had a blast. This is the best location in Newport ! It is only a half block away from “the Vanderbilt”, great restaurants, coffee shops and walking distance from the mansions. We walked to the breakers since it was an overly day. This is a charming quaint home owned and ran by locals. The rooms are clean, quiet, there is coffee and tea available throughout. We had breakfast on our previous stay and it was delicious. "Paws was an outstanding little inn. Dog friendly is an understatement, everything about the little b&b is centered around making your dog feel welcome - from in room bowls and beds to treats in the lobby. Even if you aren’t traveling with a dog, it’s an outstanding room in a location that’s walkable to all of Newport - all at a price that’s a fraction of the nearby hotels. Great find - we will be back!"

"Location is great and the room was very pretty. Bathroom was nicely updated with a huge rain shower head. We stayed in 121, our friends were in 119 which had a beautiful king sized canopy bed and nice sitting area. Breakfast was just ok...we'd probably enjoy the cafe downstairs instead if we visited again. Our room had a weird musky mens cologne smell and the wall unit didnt seem to work. We set it at 63 and it was pretty warm in the room."

"A beautiful, historic property that has been lovingly renovated on a quaint, quiet street. The owners Nicole and Chris were so welcoming and helpful and the breakfast was outstanding! The avacadoe toast and freshly brewed coffee live rent free in my head. Great location within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the harbor. You will love this inn and your time in historuc Newport, Rhode Island."
