"We stayed here for two nights. The rooms are in a modern courtyard development at the rear of the inn. Our room was spacious, very comfortable and well appointed. The cooked to order breakfast was excellent."

The evening I arrived there was a leak through the inspection hatch in the ceiling of my room. "Really nice pub, convenient for Ludlow and the Shropshire Hills. Winter weekend break for us, nice big clean quiet room, comfy bed, plenty of space and large bathroom. All the staff very friendly and efficient, had a nice meal there - steak well cooked - and the breakfast was tasty, good quality ingredients and served quickly and with a smile.
