"I have stayed in the 2 main hotels on the High street in Pitlochry on previous visits but this is now my favourite even though it is a small uphill walk from the centre. The hotel is in a Pleasant, quiet location with reasonable meal and bar prices, good parking facilities and it has the added bonus of Spa facilities."

"Lovely hotel right in the centre of Pitlochry, with shops, restaurants and bars all around. We had a nice big room with a great shower. Breakfasts had lots of choice and were pretty good. As the hotel restaurant was fully booked in the evenings, we ate once at Victoria's nearby. Great hotel."

"Think the bedroom could do with a bit of a paint same with furniture and bed was quite hard. But other than that beautiful hotel, can see the water feature in reception and a beautiful back garden where you can see the stream. The hotel has a lot of interesting history. Breakfast was amazing would highly recommend that. Thanks again for making our stay worth it."

Only issue we came across was a loose curtain rail in our room which we reported to reception before going out for something to eat. By the time we returned this issue had been rectified. "The heat didn't work in Unit 202. On the second day the lovely receptionist gave me a space heater. She was great, the best. The two regulars in the bar area were awful. They were looking for fights. Big disappointment. Great location and clean. Internet worked great. Overall a nice stay."

"Our stay felt like Downton Abbey transported into the Highlands -- with less drama. The estate is beautiful. The walks through the woods and hills are gorgeous. The dining was fabulous.
