"My stay was great but I did have 2 minor issues. Check in is at 4 pm but my room wasnt ready until 4:40 pm. I had been up traveling from the U.S. and expected my room to be ready and was frustrated that it wasnt. It wasnt just my room that wasnt ready. There were at least 5 other people waiting on their rooms as well. The staff was friendly and informative but it didnt make it better. I was tired and ready to shower and relax. "Hotel is set in beautiful well kept grounds. Staff are friendly and attentive, rooms are cleaned daily to a high standard. Good breakfast daily meals generally good, with excellent table service even if food service is a little slow. Pool area is lovely and pool bar service good with a good choice of drinks available.
