"The room was clean and tidy. Paint on one of the walls was peeling and the shower did have some black between the tiles. Bed was comfomfortable and there was plenty of tea and coffee available. Only saw the staff when leaving but were very polite. "

"Lift not in use. Booked before we knew. Main reason we booked as both of us struggle with stairs. Booked through hotels .com. and they state lift not in use overnight. My fault as i didn't check on the hotel site. They did show lift out of action. Lesson learnt. Bathroom very small and dated. Room basic as expected, clean and had kettle etc. Breakfast was included. Juice,cereal, bacon etc. Very good. Asked for a slight change and it was no problem. Delia the lady was amazing. Nothing too much...

"Ah - MGP 2024 - the weather - not their fault! We enjoyed our stay at Ramsey Park. The staff were really friendly and keen to help - but some needed a little training or guidance, being so young. Eventually, I found someone who could get my room door key to work for longer than a few hours!
