When they realized I was, they should have added my stay to my rewards as well As looked at what I was entitled to such as free nights or upgrades. It was fine but I didn’t realize it was a Marriott. They're plush and poofy until you lay on them. I woke up several times through the night with neck pain because the pillows don't offer any support at all, they flatten out. 2.
