"I stay here regularly when I work on site in Worcester. There are a number of hotels to choose from but I always stay here because it’s convenient, reasonably priced and the staff are amazing. How awesome is it when you walk in after a long day and Jean recognizes you and greets you with the biggest smile? Or when you get to your room and it smells so fresh and clean? Those are the small things that make a difference in my stays when I am traveling and away from my family. Love the gym, coffee in the lobby and shampoo/conditioner/bodywash. Unfortunately, the body wash dispenser was empty today. Can’t really do much to fix when you’re leaving that morning, so would recommend topping them off at specified intervals so this doesn’t happen. Thankfully I had back up soap, so not awful. Just disappointed as I like the scent. "

"Pool is actually very warm which we appreciated. Room is adequate. Would have appreciated a microwave, wouldn’t stay here more than one night without it. Usually stay at a different chain and they always have them. Didn’t have a pillow or blanket for pullout, I called and had it within 5 minutes. All staff we encountered were friendly and check in was very quick."
