"The service was excellent and they allowed early check in. Breakfast have wonderful selections for Asian. It exceed our expectations, the only suggestion will be the carpet in the room need updating or replacing. We will definitely stay here again."

"Location is good as it is just about 6mins away from Luodong Night Market. However, the surrounding is pretty quiet. The breakfast buffet is very very limited. Room is pretty spacious however it is not elderly and pregnant lady friendly as you have to climb into the bathtub to take a shower and the bathtub is pretty high which is quite dangerous for the elderly and pregnant lady. The toilet door is also kind of translucent so not advisable for non-couple travellers."

The hotel representative shifted the blame to us and claimed that we misunderstood as we had booked a room for 3 pax ( window room but the window was sealed and blocked) when the pic shown was a room for 4. However, he agreed to upgrade us for a day and subsequently downgrade us to a no window room the next day. We believed the beds were filthy as we had many bites and rashes after the first night. He was dismissive of the situation when...

"Our group of 3 had an amazing stay at Muho - we booked three individual rooms. Each room was extremely clean and spacious, with great windows. The beds were super comfortable and we all slept very well. The showers had plentiful hot water and great water pressure. The bnb staff was extremely kind and went above and beyond in helping us during our time, recommending a driver who took us to Taipingshan, driving us to the bus station, packing us a to-go breakfast when we missed the included one....

"The entrance of the hotel was not notice, as it have a small ally to get there. But the great thing they have a private carpark. And friendly front desk. The look on the outside is very old, but the room are still acceptable. It is walking distance to night market, about 10 min."
